This is a plaque of SGT EUGENE P. GRAPA, who was a member of MACV SOG at CCN from 1971 to 1972 during the Vietnam War.

MACV SOG stands for Military Assistance Commando Vietnam Study and Observation Group. In reality, however, it was an organization engaged in shadowy operations such as cross-border operations, kidnappings, assassinations, and other operations that could not be conducted publicly, known as BLACK OPS. Although most of the organization's activities were not open to the public, information has been released little by little, and in recent years, it has become well known to many fans who are fascinated by its history.

Soldiers who participated in the MACV SOG were given these plaques by their units to commemorate their service. Most of them were manufactured in Saigon and Taipei. This plaque also still has the Taipei company's tag. This is a very rare plaque. In addition to uniforms, hats, and patches, these plaques are great additions to your collection. Don't miss it!
